A fast-growing E-commerce company is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our expanding team. If you have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
  • Provide product information, guidance, and support to customers
  • Manage order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  • Promote products and assist in upselling/cross-selling
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for smooth workflow
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and managing queries
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
