**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate real estate projects to clients effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in **banking**, **sales**, or **real estate**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and result-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.

**Salary**:
₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
