Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, driven individual for our **electric two-wheeler business vertical** across three core areas:
- **EV Rentals Sale**:
- **Upfront Sales of New & Refurbished EVs**:
- **Gig Worker Relationship Management**
You’ll be at the **frontline of EV adoption**, working directly with our riders and our clients to resolve on-ground issues and build a strong community of EV users specifically gig workers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive **sales and leasing** of electric two-wheelers to gig workers and walk-in customers
- Pitch **rental/leasing plans** and convert inbound/outbound leads into paying clients
- Assist in the sale of **new and refurbished vehicles**:
- Handle **on-ground rider grievances** related to vehicle breakdowns, usage, and servicing
- Support **recovery of pending lease/rental payments** by coordinating with riders and internal teams
- Build and maintain **trusted relationships** with riders to improve retention and build a community.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1-3 years of experience in **EV sales, bike rental/leasing, logistics, or field sales**:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and basic English
- Strong people skills — ability to build relationships and resolve rider issues empathetically
- Familiarity with gig worker ecosystem is a bonus
- Must be **comfortable with fieldwork** and directly interacting with customers
- Entrepreneurial attitude and **ownership mindset** — you'll work directly with the founder

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
