Currently we are looking to fill the position of EV Town Executive.

Who We Are:
We are MSX International - a leading, global provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) services to automotive manufacturers.

What are the responsibilities?
- Improve Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) & A outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE) Availability of Customer Care B Executive & competency building.
- Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post C Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence: Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post C Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence: Train DSE’s, TDE’s & Customer Care train DSE's TDE's & Customer Care Executive to follow company laid processes to give best customer experience.
- Responsible for managing EV Business Transformation activities of authorized dealers falling in assigned territory.
- The achievement of all EV business & customer experience objectives for a certain set of authorized dealers.

CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience. Preference will be given to the person having sales exposure in 2W Industry.
- Minimum Graduation Required/ MBA in any field would suffice.
- Experience in sales function of any Electric Vehicle brand is desired.
- Willingness to travel 20/25 days in a month in allotted geography etc.
