Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.

Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Manage social media platforms, ensuring regular updates and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize campaign performance and drive results.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and foster business growth.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote our products/services, and generate leads.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's marketing strategies and improve overall brand positioning.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and engage diverse audiences.

Professional appearance, representing the company's brand image and values.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,070.85 - ₹21,632.87 per month
