Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, present suitable product or service solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings effectively.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to provide valuable customer feedback, address customer concerns, and drive customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study to stay abreast of industry advancements and improve sales effectiveness.
Participate in sales meetings, team-building activities, and sales conferences as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
