We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 2 years of experience to join our team immediately. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring effective cost management and project success.

**Position Overview**:As a Quantity Surveyor at Praneeta Developers, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project quantities, estimating costs, and managing project budgets. Your role will contribute to the smooth execution of our housing projects while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope, requirements, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and assessments for materials, labor, and other resources.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates considering project specifications, market rates, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain competitive quotes, negotiate favorable terms, and source materials effectively.
- Analyze project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with cost plans.
- Generate regular cost reports and updates for project stakeholders, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Participate in value engineering efforts to optimize costs while maintaining project quality.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and other contractual documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any discrepancies in quantity measurements or cost estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and regulations to provide informed cost advice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in housing or construction projects.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off methods, cost estimation techniques, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing project requirements and estimating costs accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and precision in quantity assessments and cost calculations.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Immediate joining availability is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
