**Job summary**

Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a crucial role in managing costs and contracts in the Data Center and Industrial sector. Utilize your expertise to provide accurate and efficient cost management to ensure project success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cost Planning and Management**: Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Contract Administration**: Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- **Value Engineering**: Conduct detailed analysis to recommend cost-effective alternatives and ensure value for money without compromising on quality.
- **Project Monitoring**: Regularly monitor project progress and expenditures, providing detailed financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial integrity of the project.
- **Final Accounts Preparation**: Prepare and agree on final accounts, ensuring all project costs are accounted for and documented accurately.
- **Software Proficiency**: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the Data Center or Industrial sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. Professional accreditations are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with large-scale industrial projects
- Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
