As a Quantity Surveyor Engineer, you will play a key role in managing the costs and financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on detailed analysis of project requirements, specifications, and drawings.

2. Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, including tracking variations, assessing claims, and managing change orders.

4. Collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues in a timely and efficient manner.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and construction cost management.

6. Requirements:
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

8. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering within the construction industry.

9. Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift,Esticom,ProEst CostX, Candy, Bluebeam). Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

10. Knowledge: Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement methods, and relevant regulations (e.g., FIDIC, NEC)

11. Work Environment: This role may involve working both in office settings and on construction sites, depending on project requirements.

12. Travel: Travel to project sites and meetings with stakeholders may be required.

13. Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
