**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor**
**Experience: 2-3 years**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on detailed drawings and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with initial estimates.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to understand on-site conditions and anticipate potential challenges.
- Collaborate with the design team to analyze architectural drawings and prepare initial quotes for the sales team.
- Validate quantities derived from drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy in measurements.
- Monitor project costs and assist in the billing process, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
- Conduct cost analyses and report on project financial performance.
- Assist in tender preparation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized documentation for all cost management activities and project changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in corporate interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to extract and validate quantities from technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with cost management software and project management tools is a plus.
