Qualification - B.Ed/M.Ed and Masters in Science/Arts/English
**Experience**: 12 to 15 years of work experience in academics with minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience as a Principal.

**Key Responsibility**:
Effectively carry out all Academic programs

Ensure that all provisions of the Affiliation and Examination Bylaws and all directions given by CBSE from time to time are strictly complied with.

Ensures the activities of the school are conducted in accordance with the rules laid down by the local authority, State Education Department and the respective Board of Examination (CBSE).

Effectively co-ordinate with the Central office for policies or any updates.

Ensure the information called for by the education department/ Central office is shared with them within timelines.

Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students’ academic performance and student discipline

Effectively ensure that the teaching staff is optimally engaged at all points in time.

Supervise classroom teaching and effectively guide hand-hold and motivate teachers to give their best as per the MDNPS curriculum philosophy.

Effectively conduct, manage, supervise various events like parent orientation, PTM, sports day, coffee meets, student events &competition.

Effectively manage parent teacher association and respective committees and ensure parent delight during all parent interfaces with the school management.

Effectively control attrition by facilitating a conducive work environment for the school staff.

**Expected Competencies**:
Good analytical skills, ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment.

Sound Technical skills to manage the dynamic online learning platforms

Ability to drive consensus in decision-making in conflicting situations

Result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables

Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into a Profit Making Branch.

Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
