**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Accountancy and Business Studies to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters their intellectual growth.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum and teaching materials.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Accountancy, Business Studies, or Economics is preferred.
- Proven experience as a PGT Accountancy Teacher or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Can stay in Hostel.
