Accounts Administrator

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Administrator to join our team. As an Account Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting functions, managing inventory, and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Basic Accounting**:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing transactions.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- **Inventory Stock Management**:
- Perform regular inventory checks, maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure that inventory is updated accurately in the system.
- Liaise with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
- **Administrative Work**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle correspondence, data entry, filing, and other general office tasks.
- Organize and maintain documents, ensuring all information is filed correctly and is easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (**Busy**) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Graduate / Post Graduate : - Any Graduate

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
