**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the school transport system, including scheduling and routing.
- Ensure the safety and security of students during transportation.
- Supervise and coordinate with drivers and conductors.
- Maintain and manage the fleet of school buses, ensuring regular maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
- Handle and resolve any transport-related issues or emergencies promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and school policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school staff regarding transportation schedules and changes.
- Prepare and manage transport budgets and records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport management software.
- Valid driving license and knowledge of local transportation regulations.
