Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Accountancy and Business Studies to students of classes XI and XII.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum guidelines.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school events and activities.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software for teaching purposes.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of Accountancy and Business Studies.
- Ability to create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to students’ academic and personal growth.
