1. **Production Planning and Scheduling**
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring machines, tools, and manpower are available to meet production demands.

2. **Team Leadership and Supervision**
- Supervise, guide, and lead production workers to ensure high-quality standards and optimal productivity.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback and training.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.

3. **Quality Control and Assurance**
- Ensure that products are produced according to specifications and quality standards.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure that inspections are carried out at various stages of production.
- Address any quality issues or defects, coordinating with quality control teams and making necessary adjustments.

4. **Health and Safety Compliance**
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.

5. **Production Monitoring and Reporting**
- Monitor daily production output and compare it to goals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Generate production reports detailing key metrics such as efficiency, downtime, and product quality.
- Track and analyze production data to identify trends and potential issues.

6. **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**
- Address and resolve operational issues, including machine breakdowns, supply chain problems, or workforce shortages.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of equipment and minimize downtime.

7. **Inventory and Resource Management**
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to ensure timely deliveries and resource availability.

8. **Process Improvement**
- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Lead initiatives for lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and process optimization.

9. **Budgeting and Cost Control**
- Assist in the preparation of production budgets and ensure the department operates within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor labor costs, material usage, and other production expenses.

10. **Training and Development**
- Provide training to new employees on equipment, processes, and safety standards.
- Foster ongoing employee development by offering opportunities for skill enhancement and growth within the production team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
