**Position**:Production Supervisor

**Experience**: 2 - 5 years of work experience

**Qualification**:Dip. Electrical

**Location**:Peenya

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling all production activity on the shop floor.
- Implement the production planning as per the given instruction/plan.
- Achieve order execution & annual production plan via resource optimization.
- Monitor line wise production output.
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and daily production plans and oversee their execution.
- Undertake Lean, Automation, and digitalization projects to enhance business processes.
- Provide technical support to the shop floor team, addressing queries and providing necessary tools and resources.
- Report any production related issues and take corrective action.
- Adherence to procedures with respect to safety, quality, environment & security standards
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift
- Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
- Work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools
- Ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift
- To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
- Maintaining high level of timekeeping is of the essence (On Time delivery)
- Ensuring proper identification of inventory

**Required Knowledge/Skills**
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Diploma in Electronics with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures applicable to manufacturing environments, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
