Position: Production Supervisor

No Of position: 01
Location: Chikkaballpura, Bangalore.

Salary : 42,500 to 52,500

**Required Skills**:

- BE Mechanical/ Equivalent qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
- Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
- Ability to train and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Good understanding of quality standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Problem solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally Software
- Good communication ability in Kannada and English

**Roles and Responsibilities of Production Manager**

1. Planning and organizing production schedules.

2. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime.

3. Organizing workflow to meet production deadlines.

4. Estimate costs and prepare budgets.

5. Coordinating with supplier/customer and planning the production accordingly.

6. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.

7. Monitor production to resolve issues.

8. Regular product research for new product development(NPD).

9. Doing research and finding ways of updating machine with new technology.

10. Organizing technical/relevant training sessions.

11. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel(supervisors/workers).

12. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

13. Determining amount of necessary resources(workforce, raw materials, machineries etc.)

14. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machineries.

15. Setting quality standards and ensure output products meets quality standards.

16. Maintaining Production line with ISO standards.

17. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep accident-free work stations.

18. Preparing production reports and reporting to upper management with appropriate details.

**Salary**: ₹42,500.00 - ₹52,500.00 per month
