**Position**:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination with stakeholders: Coordinated will all the relevant stakeholders for event coordination
- Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote events. Manage event registration and ticketing. Develop event programs and materials.
- On-Site Management: Coordinated the setup and arrangements, and event schedules for the event on the day
- Post-Event Activities: Conduct post-event evaluations. Prepare reports on event outcomes, feedback, and improvement suggestions. Ensure all payments and financial reconciliations are completed.
- Compliance: Ensure events comply with legal, health, and safety regulations.
- Execution: Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or similar
- Must have experience working with vendors and organizing large scale events
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
- Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
- Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies
- Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively
- Strong attention to detail
