Event Coordinator

Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of company events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and target audience.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful execution within established parameters.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts, including designing promotional materials, managing RSVPs, and leveraging social media channels.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to negotiate contracts, obtain necessary permits, and ensure compliance with event requirements.
- Manage event registration processes, attendee communication, and on-site registration logistics.
- Provide on-site event support, including overseeing set-up, managing staff/volunteers, and addressing any issues that may arise during the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and documentation related to events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to enhance event strategies and execution.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
