As an **Event Coordinator** at Biz and Beez, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, client meetings, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and brand activations. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that every event aligns with our strategic goals and delivers a seamless experience for attendees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Management**: Oversee the entire event process from initial concept to execution, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics. Manage both virtual and in-person events, ensuring they are successful and meet the company’s objectives.
- **Coordination with Vendors & Partners**: Work closely with external vendors, such as venues, caterers, AV providers, decorators, and other event service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service and value.
- **Budgeting & Cost Management**: Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand event requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate all event logistics, such as transportation, guest lists, RSVP tracking, on-site coordination, and managing event timelines.
- **On-Site Event Execution**: Lead the on-the-day management of events, ensuring that all elements are executed flawlessly. Handle last-minute issues, ensure the schedule runs on time, and ensure that attendees have a positive experience.
- **Post-Event Follow-up & Reporting**: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and create reports on event performance, attendance, and engagement. Provide insights for future event improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related role, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- **Project Management**: Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Vendor Management**: Experience working with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinker with the ability to handle last-minute changes or unexpected challenges during events.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to come up with creative ideas for engaging events, both virtual and in-person, that resonate with target audiences.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with event management tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms. Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, etc.) is a plus.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the event is planned and executed perfectly.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
