**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in the company database with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company records.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Retrieve and review data from various sources for processing.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
