**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain organised records of all data entries for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial data entry as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Support other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
