**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update daily accounting transactions in **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of **sales, purchases, receipts, and payments**.
- Prepare and reconcile **bank statements**, **vendor accounts**, and **customer ledgers**.
- Generate and verify **invoices, vouchers, and bills**.
- Assist in preparing **GST, TDS, and other statutory reports**.
- Maintain **data backups** and ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Support the finance team with **audit documentation** and reporting requirements.
- Perform routine **data entry, filing, and documentation** tasks as assigned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate in **Commerce / Accounting / Finance** or related field.
- **1 years of experience** in data entry or accounting.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**, **MS Excel**, and **MS Office**.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
