**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

**Position Title**: Accountant
**Location**: Indoore
**Employment Type**: Part-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- **Tally Operations**:

- Perform all accounting tasks using Tally software.
- Manage ledger entries, invoicing, and inventory accounting in Tally.
- Generate GST, TDS, and other compliance-related reports using Tally.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- **Payroll Management**:

- Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records using Tally.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and supporting documents.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Provide insights on financial performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
