**Position**: Account Executive

**Location**: Indore

**Reports to**: Finance Manager

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts effectively.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficiency.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital project accounting.
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor financial transactions and accounting operations to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
