Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end execution of substation and power evacuation projects (minimum 132kV and above).
- Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure timely release of drawings and material delivery.
- Drive vendor and contractor management, including issue resolution, contract execution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor project schedules (L1, L2, L3) and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage project financials — including billing, cost control, fund tracking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and present MIS, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and progress updates for management and clients.
- Liaise with clients for project reviews, approvals, billing, and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain progress measurement systems for engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
- Lead project teams to achieve excellence in Quality, EHS, and Risk Management practices.
- Conduct project closure activities, including technical and commercial handovers and performance reviews.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 5+ years in project execution within the power or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record in executing 100 MW+ projects including power evacuation systems.
- Strong expertise in project monitoring, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and cost control.
- Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, procurement follow-up, and billing management.
- Solid understanding of Government regulations and CEIG approval processes.
