We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients and visitors.
**Job Overview**: The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional manner. Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- **Mail and Packages**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate recipients.
- **Guest Services**: Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and products. Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of visitors, guests, and employee attendance. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and organized.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- **Coordination**: Work with other departments to support company operations and facilitate smooth inter-departmental communication.
- **Security**: Oversee access to the office, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Follow security protocols and report any unusual activity.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & advanced Excel) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
**Experience**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
**Salary**:
- As per company standards.
