**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CODING TRAINER**

**Job Title**: Coding Trainer for Scratch, MIT, HTML, CSS, Python & AI.

**Location**: Bangalore.

**Job Type**: [Full-time/Part-time/Contract/Freelance].

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Delivery**: Teach Scratch, MIT, HTML, CSS, Python and AI to students of varying skill levels (beginner to intermediate).
- **Curriculum Development**: Create and adapt lesson plans, exercises, and challenges to help students understand coding concepts.
- **Student Engagement**: Provide interactive lessons with examples and real-world projects to keep students engaged and excited to learn.
- **Assessments & Feedback**: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students solve coding challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or any other virtual classrooms.
