**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Virtual Coding Mentor to join our team. As a mentor, you will guide and inspire students through their coding journey, helping them build strong foundations in programming and problem-solving skills. You will provide one-on-one or small group instruction, utilizing our curriculum and teaching materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive online coding sessions for students aged 10 and above.
- Teach coding concepts using languages such as Scratch, pictoblox, Python, web designing, and others as required.
- Develop personalized learning plans based on individual student needs and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their coding skills.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment to foster student engagement and motivation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve teaching materials and methods.
- Stay updated with the latest coding trends and technologies to provide relevant and up-to-date instruction.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Scratch, Python, pictoblox, web designing, or others.
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring students in coding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for conducting online sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with educational tools and platforms such as Pictoblox, Scratch, or similar.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in coding education.
- Experience in creating coding projects and assignments for students.
