Competitive Coding Trainer

East Point Group of Institutions is looking for a Competitive Coding Trainer for the Placement Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions focused on **Data Structures**, **Algorithms**, and **Problem-Solving Techniques** for competitive coding.
- Prepare students for coding rounds in top companies by guiding them through real-world coding challenges.
- Develop coding problems, mock tests, and competitions to help students improve their skills.
- Mentor and guide students to excel on platforms like **HackerRank**, **HackerEarth**, **Codeforces**, and **LeetCode**.
- Provide individual feedback on coding performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in competitive coding, programming languages, and tools used in placement coding rounds.
- Create a competitive coding culture by organizing coding boot camps, hackathons, and coding marathons.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum **4-star rating on competitive coding platforms** such as **HackerEarth**, **HackerRank**, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong proficiency in **Data Structures**, **Algorithms**, and **Programming Languages** such as C++, Java, and Python.
- Proven track record in solving complex coding problems in coding competitions or placements.
- Prior experience in mentoring or teaching competitive coding to engineering students is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex coding concepts.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; **Master’s degree** preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
