**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources for coding and computer science courses, tailored to the age and skill level of students.
- **Coding Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive coding instruction to students, teaching programming concepts, languages, and algorithms through hands-on activities, projects, and exercises.
- **Technology Integration**: Integrate technology tools and platforms effectively into the classroom to support coding instruction, including coding software, educational apps, and online learning resources.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents on progress and achievement.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide personalized support and guidance to students, offering additional assistance, enrichment activities, and differentiated instruction as needed to meet diverse learning needs.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in coding education, instructional strategies, and technology tools through ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in coding, computer science, or STEM education, preferably at the secondary or post-secondary level.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Scratch, as well as familiarity with coding frameworks and development environments.
- Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts clearly and concisely to students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm for coding and technology.
- Effective classroom management skills, including the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, with a willingness to pursue certifications, attend conferences, and participate in professional learning communities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)
