**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive NDT services within the infrastructure market.
- **Client Engagement**: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our NDT services and solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and address client needs.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in NDT or related fields within the construction/infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of NDT techniques and standards (e.g., ASNT, ASTM).
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive way, making them understandable to non-technical decision-makers.
- Ability to predict and track sales targets, ensuring that you meet or exceed goals through strategic planning and execution.
