JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a dynamic NDT Head & Sales Professional with hands-on experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and concrete temperature monitoring solutions. The role combines technical expertise with business development, requiring the candidate to lead NDT operations, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage NDT operations, ensuring testing is conducted as per industry standards.

  • Conduct and supervise tests related to concrete durability, strength, and temperature monitoring.

  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients for construction material testing.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales of NDT and monitoring services/products.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the field of NDT and concrete monitoring.

  • Prepare proposals, technical presentations, and quotations for clients.

  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on-site as needed.

  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and compliance with testing standards.

  • Train and guide junior staff and technicians in NDT and monitoring techniques.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and concrete temperature monitoring.

  • Knowledge of IS, ASTM, BS, and other relevant codes for NDT and construction monitoring.

  • Strong sales and client-handling skills with ability to convert leads into business.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to balance technical and sales responsibilities effectively.

  • Self-motivated with leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
