**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective customers in assigned territory to promote and sell products/services.
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads.
- Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for product/service improvement.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
