The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee and drive the sales and marketing strategies for the company, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing effective sales campaigns, creating compelling marketing content, and building strong relationships with Malls and trade fare associations, key clients and partners. The individual will also Recruit, manage a team and coordinate between different departments to maximize revenue growth and brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments to increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Develop content and collateral for marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee customer feedback processes and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Team Leadership and Collaboration**:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product, customer service, and operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular training and development to enhance the team’s capabilities and keep up with industry trends.
- **Sales and Marketing Analytics**:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding progress toward goals and KPIs.
- Manage budgets for both sales and marketing efforts, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- **Brand Awareness and Promotion**:
- Develop strategies for increasing brand visibility through various marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the company’s products/services are positioned effectively in the market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to stay informed of current industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to the business for decision-making and growth strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience 5+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in of Life style products.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and leverage sales and marketing data to drive decision-making.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media platforms.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- Some travel will be required to attend client meetings, conferences, or company events.
