We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present and demonstrate our products to prospective customers, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and networking opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in different locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling healthcare products or services.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulations.
