Finance Executive

**Job Profile: Foxx Life Sciences - Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive**

Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive at Foxx Life Sciences, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial transactions related to supplier invoices, expenses, and payments. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable & receivable, maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the finance department. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Invoice Processing: Accurately review, verify, and process supplier invoices and expense claims in a timely manner using the company's accounting software or ERP system.
- Payment Management: Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and handle payment-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable & receivable transactions, vendor statements, and open balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Expense Reporting: Assist in the management of employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Provide relevant data and reports to the finance team as needed, contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable & receivable processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and relevant accounting standards in all accounts payable & receivable activities.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable & receivable, transactions and documentation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, finance, and procurement, to resolve issues and improve overall financial operations.
- Require TDS/GST knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5-6 years) in accounts payable & receivable or a similar finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Knowledge of Dynamic s/w is beneficial) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to work in U.S timings with US team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Commerce Graduate or postgraduate.
- Good communication skills in English is a must to work with US team
- Prior experience in the life sciences industry or a related field is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to accounts payable & Receivable.

Pay: ₹8,948.14 - ₹32,823.11 per month
