T.P.L. Global is seeking to hire a Finance & Corporate Strategy Executive to support its U.S. operations. T.P.L. Global is a premier law firm specializing in representing clients in connection with U.S. immigration matters. T.P.L. Global delivers effective results to its clients by identifying and mitigating risk to optimally achieve clients’ goals.

T.P.L. Global is looking for the executive to help manage the firm’s finances, direct its growth strategy and development, ensure appropriate allocation of resources, and guide the expansion of the firm. This is an incredible opportunity for the executive to work closely with the Founder and the firm’s leadership team in scaling up as the firm grows every day in terms of case volume and productivity.

The Finance and Corporate Strategy Executive’s overarching responsibilities are:

- Managing finances of the firm
- Track cash flow
- Analyze financial data
- Create budgets
- Advise on financial strategies for future margin growth
- Allocating human and capital resources to achieve strategic long-term goals
- Identify core competencies and ensure appropriate distribution of resources across the firm
- Ensure adequate supply of talent
- Allocate capital across business specialties to maximize return
- Analyze external opportunities (mergers and acquisitions)
- Aiding in strategic growth and development of the firm
- Identify emerging markets in immigration law
- Develop marketing strategies for expansion of the firm across the country
- Help identify best routes for increasing market share and revenue
- Develop a long-term strategic plan for the firm’s growth and expansion
- Identify key metrics to ensure the execution of the firm’s long term strategic plan for growth and development

Some key duties include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing the firm’s four financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flow, and statement of retained earnings
- Present at monthly executive meeting the financial statements for the month and budget forecast for the next month
- Prepare a quarterly presentation on the firm’s strategic goals and key metrics met each quarter
- Prepare and present annually the firm’s progress toward achieving its long-term strategic goals for growth and expansion

This is a remote position but may transition to in-person work later on in the employment.

The executive will receive compensation in the amount of INR 6,00,000 annually, which equals INR 50,000 monthly.
