**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Publication Coordinator** to manage the journal submission and publication process for research papers. This role involves handling journal communications, identifying suitable journals, and ensuring timely publication. Additionally, some implementation tasks may be assigned, so knowledge of **Python and other coding languages** is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Journal Submission & Management**: Oversee the entire submission process for research papers to academic journals.
- **Communication & Follow-ups**: Maintain regular contact with journal editors and publishers to track submission status, revisions, and approvals.
- **Compliance & Formatting**: Ensure research papers adhere to journal guidelines, including formatting, citation styles, and submission requirements.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain a detailed database of submitted papers, deadlines, and correspondence with journals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in [Relevant Field, e.g., Communications, Computer Science, Publishing, or a related field].
- Experience in **academic publishing, research coordination, or journal communication** is preferred.
- Familiarity with **Python and other coding languages** is an advantage.
- Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple submissions efficiently.
