SANMAT is a Trust in Ranchi, Jharkhand. SANMAT is responsible for Operations and Management of Swarn Jayanti Sanudayik Hospital, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in Public-Private-Partnership mode.

**Requirements**:

- M.Com will be preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with business development and account management.
- Candiated worked in social sector will be preferred.
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Must have experience in GST reconciliation, accounting, and bank reconciliation.
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
- Must have worked and possess knowledge of FCRA filing, 80G, Crowd funding, 12A filing, CSR-1 Certificate, Financial policies of not-for-profit, banking laws.
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies, including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
- Must have efficient team handling and team monitoring qualities.
- Greatly involved in Books finalization, budgeting, reviewing projects, preparing the monthly report (MIS), and Cost Accounting.
- Must directly report to the management.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies of the organization,
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting through the annual report.
- Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in the chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over the classification and booking of all transactions.
- Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses.
- Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns.
- Work with the Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through the annual report.
- Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
- Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
