**Responsibilities**:

- Good understanding on Finance, month end processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast.
- Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L, CAPM, payback, CBA, business valuation, equity analysis, Investor deck ,forecast and various models)
- Understanding of M&A and related documentations
- Helping to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion
- Market analysis, Industry analysis, Business plan, able to extract data from financials
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of Office 365, advance tools like Power BI, Google sheet, AI and Chat GTP.
- Preparation of Presentations ,Investor Dec, process models, specifications, diagrams, charts ,flowchart
- Analyzing an organization's large data sets to provide actionable insights
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance /business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data management systems
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Working experience in banks, consulting firms ,equity firms and fund houses would be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
