**Position**: English Communication Trainer (Model United Nations - MUN Coach)
**Location**: Kanha Makhan Millennium School, Mathura
**Department**: Training & Development / Academics
**Reporting To**: Principal / Training Head

**Job Summary**:
The English Communication Trainer will be responsible for improving students' verbal and written communication skills, with a special focus on public speaking, debating, and leadership skills required for Model United Nations (MUN). The trainer will design interactive sessions, workshops, and simulations to enhance students' confidence, critical thinking, and diplomatic communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication & Public Speaking Training**:

- Develop and deliver training modules on spoken English, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Improve students’ skills in public speaking, debating, and persuasive communication.
- Conduct sessions on body language, voice modulation, and presentation techniques.

**MUN Training & Leadership Development**:

- Educate students about MUN procedures, rules of debate, and resolution drafting.
- Train students in research skills, policy writing, and diplomatic negotiations.
- Conduct mock MUN sessions to prepare students for real conferences.
- Mentor students in leadership, teamwork, and crisis resolution strategies.

**Assessment & Progress Monitoring**:

- Evaluate students' communication skills through structured assessments.
- Provide personalized feedback to enhance their confidence and speaking abilities.
- Maintain records of training sessions and student progress.

**Event Organization & Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing intra-school and inter-school MUN conferences.
- Coordinate with teachers and school management for MUN participation and events.
- Guide students in writing position papers, resolutions, and speeches for MUN.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Political Science, or a related field.
- Certification in English language training (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) is a plus.
- Minimum [Specify Years] years of experience in communication training and MUN coaching.
- Strong knowledge of MUN rules, procedures, and international relations.
- Excellent public speaking and debating skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.

- Experience in coaching students for national and international MUN conferences.
- Familiarity with global issues, diplomacy, and negotiation techniques.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and event coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
