The People Analytics Data Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end People Analytics and Data.
- This person is responsible for PA projects and their implementation, data flow, data quality, processes, and business rules.
- Responsible for daily data steward activities
- Perform ad hoc customer and product master data requests
- Participate in MDM UAT testing
- Responsible for defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer and product master data
- Responsible for understanding the end-to-end processes for maintaining customer master and product data across business areas
- Responsible for customer and product data harmonization across multiple sources
- Work closely with the governance team and adhere to principles and process standards
- Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of data changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades
- Assist in the definition of data sourcing and services strategies including the evaluation of third-party data providers and services under the direction of the MDM/Data Governance Manager
- Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Sciences or related area or equivalent experience

**Primary Skills**:

- 4+ years of work experience on ML Model Building and data related activities such as SQL, Snowflake, Informatica, MDM/IDD, Data integration, Data Inventory, Data flow, Data Model, Data Structuring, Data Analysis, Data Mining, Data Discrepancies, Data Query, Data Anomalies.
- Establishes good working relationships with Stakeholders, Project Leads, SMEs and supporting the governance structure to ensure PA project deliverables and data related activities.
- Business acumen

**Secondary Skills**:

- Standard MS Office skill set including Excel, Visio, Power Point and Access
- Experience with data structures, relations, and processes
- Strong background in technology and good numerical analytical ability
