Job Description Ensuring compliance with SEBI and other listing and IPO compliance's Ensure compliance with corporate laws and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate records, including minutes of board meetings and statutory registers. Oversee the filing of returns with regulatory authorities in a timely manner. Provide advice to the board on corporate governance practices. Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review agreements and documents. Manage communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Support the legal department in handling legal notices and queries. Assist in ensuring compliance with property-related laws in Mumbai. The Successful Applicant A successful Company Secretary should have: Experience of 4 to 9 years working in an equity listed company. Professional qualification as a Company Secretary from a recognised institute. Experience in handling corporate governance and compliance tasks. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
