Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
- Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips.
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
- Handling reissuance & cancellations.
- Helping clients with travel advice & information.
- Help troubleshoot and fix technology problems over-the-counter with clients while offering professional services to help achieve business goals.
- Provide excellent customer service as outdoor ticket agent for group reservations; approach and encourage prospective customers to purchase tickets.
- Sell tickets and also following quotas and upselling as well
- Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
- Assist in the creation of VIP packages and work independently in additional departments providing clerical assistance,
- Organize and make preparations in airport VIP room for social events attend by groups such as government officials and executives.
- Used detail orient skills in customer interaction, booking and ticketing reservations and rerouting passengers using SABRE reservations system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
