Job Description:Job Title: Air Ticketing ExecutiveLocation: Kolkata(Dakshindari-near Ultadanga) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Air TicketingKey Responsibilities:Ticketing: Issue, reissue, exchange, and cancel airline tickets  according to airline rules and regulations.Customer Service: Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight changes, special requests, and resolve ticketing issues efficiently.Fare Calculation: Accurately calculate fares, taxes, and apply ticketing rules in compliance with airline policies.Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all ticket transactions, including exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.Booking Support: Handle complex bookings, including group, multi-city, or special requests.System Expertise: Stay up to date with new GDS system features to improve ticketing processes.Visa Assistance (Plus Point): Provide guidance or assistance on visa requirements and processing .Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in any air ticketing software  [proficiency in Amadeus or other GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Galileo)(Preferable)]Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing rules, and airline policies.Excellent communication skills and a customer service-driven approach.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Knowledge of visa processing is a plus.
