**Job Purpose**:
Lead & develop volunteering as a center of excellence vertical in partnership with HR & Cipla Foundation, with the focus to build pride amongst Ciplaites, spirit of gratitude, sharing and learning from the community while leading their professional responsibility at their respective business functions.

**Key Accountabilities (1/6)**:
**Create the vision for volunteering in line with the Cipla Credo & Caring for Life**
- Curation of activity through Cipla for Change
- Managing the volunteering numbers and hours for cipla all locations
- Creating employee awareness to drive employee volunteering
- Acting as a point of contact for the volunteering program and representing to the senior management on volunteering initiatives across India.

**Strategize planning and adoption of volunteering initiatives across organizations as key people success agenda.**
- Creating opportunities for ciliate to volunteer with CF partners with an objective of using employees time and skills for socially relevant causes. This will help employee to be more sensitised bout the CSR Activity and the Social cause that CF Works
- Enable the employees to get committed to the cause
- Source volunteers through Cipla for change and relevant stakeholders internally at cipla
- Achieving the employee volunteering targets as designed by the org

**Key Accountabilities (2/6)**:
**Map initiative as per causes supported by Cipla Foundation and their related thematic area specialist partner NGO / social organization.**
- Partner with CF and its associated Partner
- to support execution of engagement/volunteering with Health, Education ,Skilling and Disaster management
- Make the event participation meaningful for both partners as well as communities & partner NGO. To ensure that different manufacturing units, sales office and Depot are well represented (55%) in different intervention.
- Coordination and supporting the work of volunteers

**Lead & collaborate with Cipla Corp Communication and Cipla Foundation Communication teams to create compelling collaterals to inspire Ciplaites to volunteer their time & talent.**
- Communicate with volunteers to ensure that the volunteering activity had been impactful
- Collecting of these success stories to be shared with Cipla Corp team to being in more pride of volunteering in organization

**Key Accountabilities (3/6)**:
**Manage Cipla for Change - Volunteering platform from technology, content, design, seamless navigation aspects and ensure its timely updation.**
- Regular updates to make the platform functions versatile. Ensuring that leaders become the champion for the cause and encourage their team member for participation.
- Updataion of the Platform design including newer technology - As required

Communicate & connect with key Business & HR leaders to partner for volunteering initiatives from execution to employee experience.
- Making Cipla for Change platform as the format for Volunteering conversations & uptake. Training HR & CF SPOCS to be conversant with CFC platform usage. Validate the captured EV data with the HR Team and ensuring the Dashboard Numbers

**Key Accountabilities (4/6)**:

- Managing the employee volunteering dashboard and reporting to the line manager and the foundations teams as required
- Anyaasis of employee volunteering data for furter review for the manager
- Providing employee Data for the town hall and HR & Business presentation

**Plan volunteer recognition and appreciation events and activities.**
- Curating the Platform to Applause the volunteering champs in a desired format in Cipla business locations
- Reporting the volunteering champs on a Qtr bais across locations

**Key Accountabilities (5/6)**:
**Develop and conduct an annual survey of volunteers to seek feedback to ensure robust volunteering initiatives and add value to the hours contributed by Ciplaites for the social cause.**
- Quarter wise survey to seek feedback of employees on the volunteering initiatives
- Baisis feedback, improving the volunteering opportunity for the employee with the support of CF supported partners

- Graduate in Business Administration / Human Resources / Social Studies
- Excellent MS Office and computer usage skills
- Minimum Work Experience: 10 - 12 + years of experience with social sector or HR teams of corporate offices managing employee volunteering / engagement initiatives.
