**Job Purpose**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Business Process Re-engineering or Simplification: Analyse current process & design business processes to drive velocity, agility and efficiencies. Design future digital ready processes.
- Cost optimization Idea generation and implementation: Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify new opportunities/ideas, work with external consultants, monitor project progress, debottleneck critical issues, manage cross-functional stakeholders and create transparency.
- Governance management and CI functional activitie.
- Identify self-development opportunities and execute training plans.

**Education Qualification**:

- Master’s degree (business administration) or equivalent with ~2 years of work experience
- Additional Certifications: LSS Green /Black belt qualification.

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Relevant qualification, and experience of ~ 2 yrs
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data
- Ability to summarize and make crisp presentations that are Senior management ready.
- Ability to work under pressure, anticipate potential problems and diagnoses, evaluate and resolve problems as they happen in-order-to meet process performance objectives and deadlines;
- Ability to work in unstructured environment - from where insights need to picked and then providing structure
- Curiosity to explore best probable solutions in a quick manner - Excellent time management skills.
- English - fluent verbal, written communications and report writing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring and change management skills and business savvy, Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as project management skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work, proven problem solving skills;
