**Job Purpose**:

- Validate purchase order entry in SAP system
- Track the status of the order by coordinating with all the stakeholders like Regulatory, Planning, Packaging
- Ensure supply visibility in ‘IMPACT’ tool by coordinating with planning team
- Communicate directly with customers about order status
- Track customer receivables and update finance team about the same, to maintain accurate records
- Co-ordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to the destination
- Portfolio development

**Accountabilities**:
I. Execute sales order to ensure timely delivery on purchase orders, Develop and maintain business responsiveness to build customer relationship.
II. Monitor sales targets to keep track of progress in achieving annual budgeted top line
III. Co-ordinate with various cross-functional teams for smooth functioning of business
IV. Provide support to build robust portfolio for assigned Markets.

**Education Qualification**:

- Science / Pharmacy Graduation, Management degree preferable

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Exp. 3-4 years in managing business / Demand planning

**Competencies/Skills**:
